This page explains our refund policy, service disclaimers, and our commitment to compliant advertising practices.
1. Refund Policy
1Wins Marketing offers professional services. Because marketing services involve significant strategist time, tooling, and third-party ad spend, refunds are handled as follows:
- Setup & onboarding fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Monthly retainers are non-refundable for the current billing cycle but may be cancelled with 15 days' written notice for the next cycle.
- Unused ad spend held with 1Wins on your behalf will be refunded within 14 business days of a written request.
- Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the invoice date to hello@1winsmarketing.com.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, product quality, competition, and platform algorithms. While we commit to industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales, ROAS, or revenue outcomes. Any illustrative figures or case studies represent past results and are not a promise of future performance.
3. Google Ads & Advertising Compliance
All paid campaigns are managed in accordance with the Google Ads Policies, Meta Advertising Standards, and applicable consumer protection and advertising laws. We do not run campaigns that:
- Promote misleading, deceptive, or "get-rich-quick" claims.
- Use unauthorised trademarks or copyrighted material.
- Involve restricted or prohibited products such as illegal drugs, weapons, tobacco, counterfeit goods, or gambling without proper licensing.
- Target minors or vulnerable audiences with inappropriate content.
The client is responsible for ensuring their products, landing pages, and claims comply with all applicable laws and platform policies. 1Wins reserves the right to pause or terminate campaigns that violate these standards.
4. Third-Party Platforms
1Wins is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operating on behalf of Google, Meta, or other third-party platforms except in the capacity of an authorised advertiser or partner. Policy changes, account suspensions, or platform disruptions imposed by these providers are outside our control.
